First off let me please start out by saying John (the mananger) took my call and was so patient with allowing me to express myself and my situation. He assured me and comforted me that Roseanne would be the best person for me to have a consultation with. And so we met and within moments I knew that she WAS listening to my concerns of being blonde (not something i care to be anymore) and understood my need to embrace my roots which are "cigarette butt gray". I of course brought in 3 photos of what i felt would suit my facial features, my hair texture and my personality. She and I both agreed on the third photograph and onto the appointment schedule I went. Sunday, January 7, 2018 was my "reborn" again hair day. she took my drab "cigarette butt ash" colored roots incorporated some dark ash colors onto the boring blonde I had and then added some steel gray with a hue of blue.. NO I DO NOT LOOK LIKE ANYONE FROM X-MEN.. YES I LOVE EVERY BIT OF HER WORK. She took the time to hear what i had to say and gave me a new look. One that will not require me to keep touching up but a look that will not fade, grow old nor look like boring "cigarrette butt ash". I went from blah to boo-ya! thank you so much Roseanne.

Had my hair cut and colored today by Gena. Gena was my stylist in another salon and has just started with Atelier. As usual Gena did a fantastic job. I recommend her highly. I am very happy with the salon. John was at the desk to greet me and it felt like I knew him all my life. Taylor who shampooed my hair was a delight also. I look forward to future visits.
